I primarily work using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy/ Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/REBT), however, I am also able to work with other therapeutic models that compliment this type of therapy including Exposure Therapy (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This gives me lots of tools to work with you in order to move forward and create lasting emotional change.
I have a passion for helping people and keep my clients at the heart of everything I do. My core belief is that if no two people are the same why should their therapy be? I'll work with you as an individual to find the most effective way to work through your issues. All my work is with adolescents, of a senior school age, & adults.

My clinical experience includes, although not limited to anxiety, depression, anger, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, OCD, phobias, loss, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, gender identity/ dysphoria, sexuality, insomnia & emotional or physical burnout.

Emily Greenaway - Accredited Psychotherapist
As an Integrative Counsellor, I draw upon a range of therapeutic methods and approaches, enabling me to tailor my practice to meet the unique needs of each individual client.

My own life experiences served as a catalyst for my decision to become a counsellor, fuelling a genuine passion for supporting those in search of clarity, guidance, and emotional support during some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

I work with adults and young people aged 11 and over, providing support for a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, addiction, grief, and other mental health concerns including OCD. My goal is to help clients navigate these challenges and move towards greater self-understanding and resilience.
I am dedicated to offering a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space to allow clients to feel heard and supported, empowering them to explore the issues that have brought them to counselling and to work towards meaningful change.

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), adhering to their professional standards and ethical frameworks.

Karen Joseph - Accredited Psychotherapist
I am a fully qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor accredited with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and believe the key to successful therapy is the relationship between client and therapist and working towards the best interest of clients at all times.
I work in a warm, empathetic and non-judgemental way, creating a safe and confidential space for you to explore emotional difficulty. You may be feeling distressed, anxious, low, isolated, lost, out of control or just have the feeling you’re not living life the way you want to. I am here to help.
I believe that 'one size doesn't fit all', so I'll use different models of therapy matched to your individual needs. I'll support you while you explore your concerns, discover new perspectives, source solutions and begin to feel empowered.
My ultimate aim is to fully support you, so that you can find resolution to your issue/s, experience peace, learn to accept what cannot be changed, be your best self and live your best life.

I have extensive experience working with young people and adults aged 13 and above.

Dawn McLaughlin - Accredited Psychotherapist
We live in a world that is full of anxiety, uncertainty and unrealistic expectations. Maybe you feel like your problems are wearing you down, and that you have too many burdens to carry? Is it all too much? Therapy is a space where you are totally accepted where you are at, and for the unique person you are. It is a place to bring ALL of your feelings and experiences, the positive ones and the ones that hinder your wellbeing. It would be my privilege to support you on your journey - I'd love to help you feel more content, develop a kinder inner voice and become more confident in navigating the challenges life throws at us.
I focus on building a trusting relationship, raising self-esteem, building your inner strength and resources, and helping you navigate your way through whatever you are going through. I use different approaches, depending on what you're comfortable with. I offer the use of creative arts to help you express and process complex emotions.
I have extensive experience with children aged 6+, adolescents, adults and couples and am accredited with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

Lisa Rodger - Accredited Psychotherapist
We all go through difficult times in our lives. Often this can feel isolating and lonely, but you are not alone. I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist accredited with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) offering support across a range of issues including anxiety, stress, depression and low self-esteem.
I specialise in working with loss and bereavement. A significant loss – such as a death, a job, a friendship or simply navigating a new and unmapped phase of life - can trigger a broad range of emotions. I provide a safe place where together we can explore what is troubling you and make sense of it - giving you the time and space to reflect on your needs.

I have particular interest and experience in:
-
Anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts
-
Miscarriage, infertility and menopause
-
Creative therapies to support children and young people experiencing anxiety

Trained to use a variety of tools and strategies, I can help you to recognise what strengthens you and what weakens you, enabling you to make positive choices. Although past trauma cannot be erased, understanding and unpacking that burden can help you to move forward with perspective and resilience.
Therapy is a process for change, together we can identify and explore patterns of behaviour, relationships and life’s challenges.
I believe the best outcome for positive change comes from the relationship between you, the client, and me, the therapist. I can help you grow your understanding, identify your vulnerabilities and build on your inner resources. Remember, the most important relationship you will ever have is the one with yourself. My role is to encourage self-compassion, silence your inner critic and boost your confidence. Let’s work together!
I work with clients aged 4 and above.

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, committed to providing a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore and address the challenges they face.
My journey into counselling began with volunteering at the ‘Shout Crisis Helpline,’ where I helped individuals feel heard during moments of crisis. This experience inspired me to pursue a career in counselling, where I could offer long-term, tailored support to those in need.

I work primarily with clients aged 11 and older, offering a holistic and integrative approach that combines various therapeutic modalities to best meet each individual’s needs.
My areas of expertise include working with anxiety, neurodivergence, and gender identity issues. I am dedicated to supporting clients in navigating their unique challenges, empowering them to gain greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience.

By offering a compassionate and inclusive approach, I aim to create a space where all individuals feel understood, respected, and supported in their personal growth.

Jade Wells - Accredited Psychotherapist
I am an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I know that the decision to start therapy often comes during times of vulnerability and understand that reaching out for support can be one of the most difficult steps to take. I will support you at your own pace, honouring your unique experiences and perspectives. I deeply respect the individuality of each person I work with and have a genuine desire to understand how you see the world and what your experiences have meant to you, without judgment.

My counselling approach is person-centred and built on creating a warm, empathic environment, where you can feel valued for who you are. I believe that therapy can help to enhance growth, bringing about meaningful change and I am committed to working alongside you as you navigate this process. As a therapist, I focus on building a real connection with you, helping you to create the changes you need to rediscover balance and confidence in your life. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, stress, family issues, loss, trauma, low self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you make sense of it all. No issue is too big, too small, or too complex.

I have a particular interest in working with clients who are navigating the lasting impact of trauma. When trauma isn’t resolved, its emotional, psychological, and physical effects can linger, shaping how we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others. I recognise that trauma is not only an emotional experience but can also be deeply held within the body, manifesting as distress, physical tension, or a sense of disconnection. I address this in my work and provide a supportive space to explore your experiences helping you to process and release what’s been held within.

Our work together will be collaborative, safe and supportive, allowing you to explore aspects of yourself in a way that feels right for you.
